Teeth grinding can be dealt with and can actually stop with simple natural ways and thus no need for drugs. In fact, listening to soothing music, long relaxing bath before going to bed, relaxation techniques such as yoga and breathing exercises and aroma therapy will do wonders. All you need is to talk to a therapist or just look over the Internet and bruxism will be a thing of the past for you.
